We are looking for a MicroEcoRegion for the Cluster program for the empowerment of youth and women through organic farming.
Online training – face-to-face
Scholarships for business practices
This project, led by IEMed (European Institute of the Mediterranean), aims to promote the social inclusion of young people and women in Cyprus, France, Italy, Jordan, Palestine, Spain and Tunisia.
GOALS
- Train 250 participants online.
- Train 20 participants in person.
- 10 scholarships paid by the CLUSTER program for internships in companies.
VISION
Train and insert young people and women in the sustainable economy.
COMMITMENT
Promote a network of local sustainable companies.
GENERAL OBJECTIVES
- Attract, retain and multiply talent towards sustainable development.
- Create synergies in the agri-food and territorial ecosystem.
- Generate employment linked to sustainable sectors based on practical and theoretical training for young people and women.
CALENDAR FIRST CALL
Planned start: April 2023
1st phase (1 month – March) Diagnosis and selection of companies for
host the MicroEcoRegió.
2nd phase (1 month – April) Development of internship projects and
collaboration.
3rd phase (1 month – May) · Performance of practices.
4th phase (2 months – May/June) Development of solutions and agreements
to hire interns.
5th phase (in constant development) Creation of common projects
between the actors involved.
